Three times I have previously ordered from Online for baby, each time disastrous as the next. First order I pre-ordered a travel system, wait time was a couple of months, which was fine given it should have arrived before the birth of my son. As the date got closer I received an email to state I wouldn't get it in time. And that it would be approximately a month after the due date of my son. Cancelled order, found the same system from another site and received in a couple of days paying exactly the same price. Ordered a branded rain cover, when it arrived it was a basic brand, nothing like what I purchased. Was told it was universal by customer services which I explained that even though this is not what I had ordered the rain cover physically won't fit. Again another refund. Third time round purchased a stroller, pre-ordered item waited just over a month. Product comes faulty, hole in the hood. Contacted customer services to be told they would send out replacement part. A week later after chasing it up I was told a new hood would be with me in the next day or two. I explained that the hood is non removable and that you cannot just replace as the hood is machined on to the frame. Obviously not taking me seriously enough was on hold, then on hold again. Then was told I would receive a replacement frame and should be with me in 1-2 days. Following day I waited in all day and it never arrived. The day after I waited in all day and never arrived. As I am writing this, I have emailed, facebooked and been on hold since 10am, it is now 12.15. Another wasted day, time and money. Do not recommend this company to anyone regardless of the 'savings'. Communication is shocking. False promises, broken products, wrong products. I was wrong to give them a second chance but by giving them a third, I'm the fool.

I purchased a moses basket and stand in December, my daughter decided to put it together 2 weeks ago and there were no screws for the stand, I've emailed regarding this and received no reply to my email,I even waited the 4 days as asked for a reply, poor customer service, be careful and check your items when they arrive, the stand isn't fit for purpose without the screws!!!!

Great service, good quality, quick delivery!

Great service, delivered so quickly and 7 boxes perfectly packed in great condition. The whole Joie travel system is great, easy to put together, looks great (darker colour than on the picture, nicer in my opinion) and very light compared to other brands. Baby isn’t due for another 6 weeks so haven’t tested it outside yet but I can’t see any issues arising.

Amazing customer service.

My Original delivery arrived in good time and had no issues. 6 months later my pushchair unfortunately broke . Online4baby arranged for it to be collected for the manufacturer to look at. Unfortunately the manufacturer was useless and just said they couldn't help (after spending £500 with them!). But online4baby were amazing, very communicative and replaced my pram at their expense.

Received my wicker Moses basket which…

Received my wicker Moses basket which is beautiful but does not look the same as the picture. The bedding is loose where there isn’t enough ribbon to attach it to the basket... the ribbon is a different colour to the picture and the wicker is slightly damaged in some places. The mattress is not very soft so we have purchased another one.

Would be very wary of using this…

Would be very wary of using this company again!Seems like great prices until they send you the wrong product and offer nothing in the way of compensation!I ordered a Joie car seat from them and they sent a cheaper model to what I had ordered. I understand that mistakes can happen (Human error,) however they are unwilling to offer any compensation for the error.Here's why I am annoyed. I ordered the product on 27th April with next day delivery, as we had planned to use it for our trip away 2 days later. I spent all day waiting to hear about delivery only for it to turn up a day later on the 29th.After notifying them of the error, they said someone would ring me in the morning. Again I waited all day for a phone call till eventually at 12:30 someone got in contact with me.You cannot ring them and they discourage you to keep on emailing them as it adds to there work load. Sorry about that, I've just spent hours and hours waiting for you to contact me!I was told that the earliest they could collect the item was 4 days later?? Apparently DPD don't collect items the next day (Saturday) or on Sunday or bank holidays. So they are collecting the item a week after I ordered it. She ended the conversation in a very sarcastic way when I mentioned making a complaint etc, not very professional.They cannot deliver the new item when collecting the other one as they are not insured to do that!I repeatedly asked about compensation, the least they could of done was offer 10% off my next order.Stupid company policy. Own your mistakes and make amends. Surely customers won't want to order again if after mistakes like this. I for sure will not be doing!Someone from the complaints company rang me back and again I was surprised that despite apologising there was no offer for compensation. Why go to the effort of ringing me back if you cannot even offer any compensation. You have the next week for us as we do not have a car seat to use.

Terrible service!!

I have never received such terrible customer service. I have been trying to return my unwanted items for over 4 weeks now and I still have them! I appreciate that online 4 baby is short staffed but process is impossible and costly! I waited in all day to have my packages picked up, paid £30 for the pleasure and DPD didn't turn up so I have to pay another £30 to book my return in!!! Incredibly frustrating and I won't be buying from this company again.

I brought a rocking stand and was…

I brought a rocking stand and was really bad quality I'm gutted the screws when screwing in don't screw through properly and it is really loose and dangerous it's not sturdy enough to put the crib on top really gutted as only on maternity pay to so not earning alot at moment.

Moses basket

Lovely item good quality. The box that it arrived in was not packaged well , it had been sealed with clear cello tape , other than that pleased with the item nice quality.
